Updates

12.19.09

It has been awhile since our last update. Many new and exciting things have happened or are in the works. We have opened a new field, Roseville Prison, to regular games. HK has been made a permanent member of the team (his profile will be available shortly), and we have announced OP: Redemption 2 - Night of Terror. For details on our events, please see www.AirsoftOhio.com or follow us on Facebook!

Valley Creek Open Play

03.01.09

Thanks to everyone who came out. We had 58 people show up, a large percentage of which were new to airsoft. While there were blue skies and the sun was shining, it was still cold enough to claim several guns.

Valley Creek Milsim Open

01.11.09

Our first milsim open at Valley Creek brought out 34 players, ranging from northern Ohio to Lousiville Kentucky. A rather good showing considering the below freezing temps and sleet/snow. Over seven guns went down due to the cold.

OP: BATTLE FRONT PAINTBALL AAR

01.04.09

AWOL and I (Locutus) made the 4+ hour trip to represent Stormblade at the Battle Front open play. It was an excellent field, with "bombed out" buildings and some woods surrounding it. Teams were split by armbands (we were red), and we were teamed up with some members of the 08th EU. They are great guys and together we made a formidable force. Red won all but one scenario. See the link below for event comments and some pictures.

OP: VALLEY CREEK INTRO AAR

12.07.08

The introduction to our new field "Valley Creek" in Williamsburg was a success. We started the day pretty much on time, it was a brisk 26~ degrees.

21 players showed up despite the cold temperatures. Everyone showed great sportsmanship and we received no complaints. A few pictures were taken and we hope to get them up soon.

We would like to thank Doug, the property owner, for allowing us to use his field.
